Job summary

Blue Ridge Vista hospital is seeking a PRN Psychiatric RN to provide flexible, compassionate inpatient care. You will support overnight shifts, perform patient assessments, administer medications, and help maintain a safe therapeutic environment.

You’ll lead nursing care on overnight units, coordinate with providers and on-call leadership, and document patient status, interventions, and outcomes. New graduates are welcome, and independence on the night shift is valued, offering meaningful impact

Qualifications

• 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience.
• Proven results driving quality and patient experience.
• Ability to work independently on night shift.
• New graduate RNs welcome.
• Must be 21 or older.
