PAM Voyages Behavioral Health of Conroe is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct and supervise care on the inpatient behavioral health unit under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer or House Supervisor. The RN will plan, coordinate, and provide patient care, including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources.

Texas RN licensure and current BLS certification are required.

Qualifikationen

• Holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification is required.

PRN Requirements

Tier 2: provide 6 shift availability per month

Tier 3- Provide 8 shift availability per moth

Both tiers are to include -1 full weekend per month , 2 major , and 1 minor holiday.

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer or House Supervisor, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides patient care to include interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources.

• Education and Training: Holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the hospital resides. Current BLS certification is required. Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
• Experience: One year of inpatient behavioral health nursing experience preferred but not required.
