Ideal candidates have 2+ years in psychiatric/behavioral health leadership and can work independently on night shifts. New graduate RNs are welcome to apply, with flexible scheduling and meaningful, impact-driven work.

Formación

• 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
• Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
• Ability to work independent on night shift.
• Must be 21 or older.
• New graduate RNs welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Complete ongoing patient assessments and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and manage overnight treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment through consistent monitoring.
• Lead nursing care and support staff during overnight hours.
• Coordinate with providers and on-call leadership as needed.
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
