Premise Health Inc. is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care at our Bend, OR Health Center. You will assess patient needs, perform tests, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians on patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, BLS, and 3+ years of ER or occupational health experience. We offer benefits including a 401(k) with company match and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required based on contract scope.
• At least three years of RN experience in ER or ambulatory/occupational health.
• AS nursing degree required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs and perform nursing evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians for further medical evaluation and care.
• Perform and document medical tests and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administer medications and provide emergency care within scope.
• Maintain equipment and infection control procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient health records.

As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN)- PRN, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Bend, OR. The scheduled hours are INSERT SCHEDULE. [Insert additional details: perks, required skills, sign on bonus details, etc.]

What You’ll Do

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic
