Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Battle Creek is a critical illness recovery hospital located in Battle Creek, Michigan. We seek a Registered Nurse (RN) per diem for day or night shifts, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $53.37 per hour.

The role includes orientation, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a nationwide network focused on compassionate post-ICU care. Hours are 7:00 am–7:30 pm or 7:00 pm–7:30 am.

Qualifications

• Orientation program for a smooth transition into the setting.
• Per diem schedule requiring a minimum of 4 shifts in a 6-week period.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Timely and accurate documentation in the system.
• Interpret lab results and telemetry data.
• Ensure accurate transcription and processing of medical orders.

($3.50 shift differentials for nights and $3.50 for weekends)
