Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota to lead and supervise resident care in alignment with nursing standards and the Residents’ Bill of Rights. The RN will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and oversee nursing interventions ensuring high-quality, person-centered care across Monarch facilities.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee implementation of nursing interventions and evaluate outcomes.
• Maintain adherence to scope-of-practice guidelines, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Document accurately and supervise/support nursing staff; ensure adequate staffing.

Education

Professional nursing education program approved by Minnesota Board of Nursing

Minnesota Registered Nurse license
