Job summary

Ecumen North Branch is seeking a Registered Nurse to ensure resident health and safety within a licensed facility in North Branch, MN. The RN will coordinate care from admission to discharge, collaborate with other departments, and support nursing staff across shifts to maintain high quality care.

• Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including HIPAA, Universal Precaution and related laws.

Opportunity Details

Schedule:

• Part-Time
• Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm, 2:30pm-11:00pm or 10:30pm-7:00am
• Position works various weekdays, every other weekend & rotating holidays.

Pay:

• The targeted pay range for this job is $40 to $43 per hour.

• Provides nursing care to residents/patients within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse.
• Responsible for coordination and direction of resident/patient care. Coordinates care and services with other departments/providers from the time of admission to discharge.
• Assists Registered Nurse with completion of assessments, documentation, and data collection within scope of practice and acting timely on findings.
• Administers medications and completes treatments as ordered. Observes and monitors resident’s condition and reports changes as appropriate. Ensures that all physicians’ orders are signed and implemented within specified time frames.
• Maintains safety of all residents/patients and team members. Responds appropriately to safety hazards and reports any issues to the appropriate person. Ensures that all staff follows the infection control policy and procedure.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, safe and efficiently organized work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working and must maintain licensure
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
• Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations
