Job summary

Strive Recovery in Indiana is hiring a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) to provide direct resident care on the 2nd shift, 6pm-6am, with rotating weekends. You will assess residents, follow individualized care plans, administer medications, and coordinate admissions and discharges to ensure smooth shifts.

Responsibilities include documenting in PCC, communicating status changes to physicians, staff, and families, and delivering quality care using established nursing processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana RN or LPN License.
• Current CPR certification.
