Job summary

The Elms Center in Milford, NH is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our on-site care team with on-call responsibilities. The position offers an evening shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and weekend on-call rotation, with competitive pay up to $55 per hour based on experience.

You'll administer medications, monitor residents, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate families while ensuring regulatory compliance.
