Job summary

The Elms Center in Milford, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our on-call team. The role covers weekday evenings from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with weekend on-call rotation, based at The Elms Center in Milford, NH.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care. Competitive pay up to $55/hour with benefits and professional growth opportunities.
