Job summary

Select Medical's Regency Hospital – Macon is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and generous hourly compensation ($40.00–$53.87/hr) with night and weekend differentials.

You'll participate in a comprehensive orientation, pursue a BSN with 100% company-paid scholarship, and access continuing education, a clinical ladder, and debt-reduction benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred: clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Record data accurately in systems.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Ensure orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Be proficient in Rapid Response and Code events.
• Educate patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
