Job summary

Regency Hospital - Macon is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full‑time nights (6:30 PM to 7:00 AM). The role features a $15,000 sign‑on bonus and a compensation range of $40.00 to $53.87 per hour.

Join a hospital focused on world‑class inpatient post‑ICU care for chronically ill patients requiring extended recovery. Responsibilities include admissions transfers, patient assessments, accurate documentation, data interpretation, and patient/family counseling.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in rapid response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
