Great nurses need schedules that work with real life. Jacksonville Health and Rehabilitation is expanding our Day Shift nursing team and offering multiple scheduling options for RNs, giving you more flexibility in how you structure your workweek.
Whether you prefer traditional 8-hour shifts, longer 12- or 16-hour shifts, or the consistency of a 7-on/7-off schedule, we want to talk with you about an option that works for you and meets the needs of our residents.
Unlike many traditional hospital settings, long-term care gives you the opportunity to truly know the people you care for. You’ll walk alongside residents through recovery, help them regain or maintain independence, build meaningful relationships, and celebrate the progress that happens along the way.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll provide and coordinate skilled nursing care while working closely with physicians, CNAs, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team.
We know there isn’t one schedule that works for every nurse.
That’s why we’re looking at multiple Day Shift scheduling options, including:
8-Hour Shifts
A traditional schedule for nurses who prefer shorter workdays.
12-Hour Shifts
Fewer workdays with longer shifts.
16-Hour Shifts
An option for nurses who prefer to consolidate their working hours.
7-On/7-Off Options
A predictable rotation that provides extended stretches of scheduled time off.
We’re looking for RNs who want to make an impact while having more options in how they structure their work schedule.
At Jacksonville Health and Rehabilitation, you’ll have the opportunity to use your clinical skills, provide leadership at the bedside, build meaningful relationships with residents, and be part of a nursing team focused on quality care.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in the workplace.
