Job summary

Sumter Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses to join our night shift nursing team in York, AL. You will provide hands-on nursing care, support the nursing team, and help ensure our residents receive quality care during the night.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, assessing residents, and coordinating with physicians and families. Night shifts are 12 hours with a $3/hour differential and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license in good standing required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.

Base Pay: $33.25-$43.65 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts

Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour for night shift and all weekend shift hours
