Sumter Health & Rehabilitation in York, AL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Shift Supervisor to provide clinical leadership for our weekend nursing team and ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care.

As the RN Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will oversee nursing operations during your shifts, mentor staff, conduct rounds, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with physicians and families to support safe, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous nursing experience required.
• Nursing Supervisor/House Supervisor/Unit Manager/Charge Nurse or other leadership experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependable and confident leading a nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for weekend nursing operations.
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Conduct rounds and monitor resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist nursing staff with clinical concerns and resident care needs.

Sumter Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Shift Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our weekend nursing team.

As the RN Weekend Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee nursing operations during your assigned shifts, support nursing staff, and help ensure residents receive consistent, quality care.
