Job summary

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Evening Shift in Northport, AL. You will provide hands-on nursing care and support the nursing team on the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, ensuring residents receive quality, compassionate care.

Base pay ranges with shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN license in good standing is REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Evening Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends
