Select Specialty Hospital Milwaukee - St. Francis is seeking a newly graduated Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts (7:00am–7:00pm) in Milwaukee, WI. A $15,000 sign-on bonus accompanies a structured 10–13 week orientation with a dedicated preceptor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with physician and preceptor to implement assessment and follow-up of the care plan for the patient population.
  • Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
  • Interpret assessment data to develop a nursing care plan with problem identification, goals and discharge planning.
  • Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
  • Ensure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.
