Oklahoma City Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. You will develop care plans in coordination with patients, families and an interdisciplinary team.

You will communicate changes in clinical condition to physicians and the nursing supervisor/manager, and participate in discharge planning. Ideal candidates will have current RN licensure, BLS certification, and inpatient rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS certification from AHA/ARC (online cert not acceptable).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Position Summary

Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable

Desired Qualifications

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
