Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the 7 North/7 South Medical-Surgical units at High Point Medical Center in North Carolina. The role involves coordinating and delivering care to adult patients using the nursing process, with emphasis on safety, evidence-based practice, and patient experience.

The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing program completion, an active RN license, BLS certification, and more than 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

7 North is a 30-bed Medical-Surgical Unit and 7 South is a 36-bed Medical-Surgical Unit, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions. From general medicine, respiratory, renal, cardiac, oncology and beyond, our unit focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring the highest quality outcomes for our diverse patient population. We’re Looking For

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.

What You’ll Do

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
