Job summary

Main Line Health’s Lankenau Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Medical Stepdown. The 36-hour per week position offers Night or Day/Night rotation and weekend coverage, within a 17-bed unit providing stepdown and progressive care.

One year of telemetry/stepdown nursing is required; RN Diploma is required, BSN preferred. PA RN license or multi-state license via compact is expected; BLS preferred. Requisition 82510; Regular status; Full-time; Shift: Night Job.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care for medical stepdown/Telemetry patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Stepdown

Shift: 36 hrs per week, Nights or Day/Night Rotation (up to the candidate); Weekend rotation required.

Experience

One year of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown Nurse experience required.

Education

1. RN Diploma, ASN required.
2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
