Main Line Health’s Bryn Mawr Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Stepdown/PCU on a 14-bed unit. You will care for telemetry/stepdown patients and contribute to an interdisciplinary team.

The role offers tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually, up to 200 hours of paid time off, and opportunities for advancement through committees and clinical ladders. Schedule is 36 hours/week, Nights or Day/Night rotation; weekend rotation required.

Qualifications

• One year of Telemetry or Stepdown nursing experience required.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for Stepdown/PCU patients on a 14-bed unit.
• Engage in hospital committees, precepting, and Clinical Ladder activities.

Position:

Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown/PCU

Shift:

36 hrs per week, Nights (7pm-7:30am) OR Day/Night Rotation (up to the candidate which schedule they prefer); Weekend rotation required.

Experience:

One year of recent Telemetry or Stepdown level Nurse experience required. Recent Stepdown experience preferred.

Education:

1. RN Diploma, ASN required.

2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
