Job summary

Main Line Health's Lankenau Medical Center is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse for the Medical Stepdown unit (17 beds). You will provide care for medical/respiratory stepdown patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The role offers tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually and opportunities to join committees and pursue the Clinical Ladder. Requirements include RN diploma/ASN, PA RN license, and BLS preferred; one year Telemetry/Stepdown experience.

Qualifications

• One year of Telemetry and/or Stepdown nursing experience required.
• RN license in PA or multi-state license via Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for medical/respiratory stepdown patients within a 17-bed unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care.

Position:

Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Stepdown

Shift:

36 hrs per week, Nights or Day/Night Rotation (up to the candidate); Weekend rotation required.

Experience:

One year of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown Nurse experience required.

Education:

• 1. RN Diploma, ASN required.
• 2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

• 1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
