Job summary

Main Line Health's Riddle Hospital seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Night shift in Stepdown/Progressive Care. You will care for a 17-bed unit and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans.

Required: 1 year Telemetry/Stepdown RN experience, PA RN license or multi-state compact, and ASN or Diploma (BSN preferred). Tuition reimbursement and PTO are offered; parking is free.

Qualifications

• One year of Telemetry or Stepdown RN experience required.
• RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• PA RN license or multi-state license via Nursing Licensure Compact; BLS/ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown/Progressive Care (PCU) unit.
• Follow individualized care plans and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Position:

Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown/Progressive Care

Shift:

36 hrs per week, Nights (7pm-7:30am); Weekend rotation required.

Experience:

One year of recent Telemetry or Stepdown level Nurse experience required.

Education:

• 1. RN Diploma, ASN required.
• 2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

• 1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
• 3. ACLS preferred
