Job summary

Advocate Health's Atrium Health Floyd location is seeking a skilled RN to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, delivering safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards and procedures. You will lead efforts to ensure a safe environment and superior patient experience.

The position is part-time/PRN with variable hours, offering a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package as part of Advocate Health’s total rewards program.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• RN license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Our Med Surg units function as a collaborative team to deliver safe, high-quality care to every patient. Our team prioritizes evidence-based practices, clear communication, and compassionate support to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standard, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
