Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced RN to join the Orthopedic/Medical-Surgical unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role offers a 0.9 FTE schedule with day/night rotations, a supportive benefits package, and an incentive program for qualified candidates. Collaboration with multidisciplinary staff is essential to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS certification within one month of start date.

Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
