Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking compassionate registered nurses to provide organized, high-quality nursing care across patient populations in Minnesota. You will perform assessments, plan and implement care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

The role requires active state RN licensure and multiple certifications (BCLS, ACLS, CALS/TNCC or MN Trauma Modules, ENPC or PALS). Sign-on incentives apply for eligible experienced or new graduate RNs.

Qualifications

• Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire.
• Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) certification or TNCC/MN Trauma Modules within 1 year from date of hire.
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on licensure and job descriptions.
• Respond to emergency calls and assist ambulance team in transporting patients safely to medical facilities.

Sign On Incentives: $7,500/Associate RNs and $10,000/Bachelor RNs for all eligible Experienced and New Grad RN with work commit.
