Job summary

Essentia Health Deer River Hospital is seeking an RN to provide organized nursing care across assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. You will collaborate with a skilled team to support patients and families and ensure safety and quality in daily care.

Qualifications include BSN or ADN from accredited program, current Minnesota nursing licensure, BCLS, ACLS, ENPC/TNCC or CALS, with eligibility for state practice.

• Current RN licensure in Minnesota
• BCLS within 1 month; ACLS within 1 year; ENPC/TNCC/CALS within 2 years, or MN Trauma Modules within 1 year from hire

Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. Responds to emergency calls, assists ambulance team in performance of medical services and safe transportation of patients to medical facilities.
