Edgewood Blaine, MN, is seeking an RN Manager to supervise a clinical team and ensure high-quality resident care. This full-time role covers day and evening shifts with competitive benefits.

You will lead training for staff, oversee care plans, assess residents, support hiring, and uphold HIPAA and Edgewood policies. RN licensure and geriatric care interest are preferred, with a passion for helping others and ongoing learning.

As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you’llbe in charge of supervising a team that provides our residents with exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
• Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
• Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
• Assess current and prospective residents
• Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications:

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience, desired
• Passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
