Job summary

Edgewood Minot in North Dakota is seeking an experienced RN Manager to supervise a care team and ensure exceptional resident care in a 137-bed assisted living and memory care community.

You will provide training to clinical staff, oversee resident care plans, and participate in hiring while upholding HIPAA and Edgewood policies. This is a full-time day shift with benefits.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience desired.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
• Desire to continue learning and improving your skillset.
