Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking an RN Manager to supervise a clinical team at Edgewood Walker, ensuring exceptional resident care. You will oversee care plans, train staff, and maintain HIPAA compliance while supporting a compassionate care environment.

This full-time role on a day shift offers a $70,000–$75,000 salary, plus benefits including health, vision, dental, HSA, a 401(k) with employer contribution, and no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Experience supervising clinical staff.
• Geriatrics or memory care experience preferred.
• Passion for helping others and continuous learning.
• HIPAA knowledge and policy compliance.

As an RN Manager at Edgewood, you’ll be in charge of supervising a team that provides our residents with exceptional care.
