Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN), Labor & Delivery – Full‑time, nights. Compensation: $20,000 + sign‑on bonus eligible. Schedule: 3 12‑hour shifts. 2+ years experience required and must be trained in Mother/Baby.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation related to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP certified.
• Handle with Care preferred.
