Career Land Center, on behalf of a respected healthcare facility in Denver, Colorado, seeks a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to join its maternity care team. You will provide direct patient care across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases, collaborating with physicians, midwives, neonatal specialists, and the broader care team to ensure positive outcomes for mothers and newborns.

The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, with night shift

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in the U.S. (NCLEX passed).
• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience.
• Canadian citizenship and valid Canadian passport required for this position.
• Note: Canadian Permanent Residents are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods.
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and respond to changes in patient status.
• Assist with labor management, deliveries, and newborn stabilization.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout childbirth.

Job description

Career Land Center is recruiting on behalf of a respected healthcare facility in Denver, Colorado, seeking a skilled and compassionate Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to join its maternity care team.

As a Labor & Delivery RN, you will provide direct patient care during the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases of labor and delivery. Working alongside physicians, midwives, neonatal specialists, and other healthcare professionals, you will help ensure positive outcomes for both mothers and newborns.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Assist with labor management, deliveries, and newborn stabilization when needed
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth experience
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies and standards

Qualifications

• Canadian citizenship
• Valid Canadian passport
• Successful completion of the NCLEX examination
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience
