Inova FairfaxHospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor and Delivery Unit, as well as circulate the OBED. This role will be Part-time Night Shift: 2x12 hour shifts per week; 7:00am-7:00pm

Registered Nurse (RN) Additional Requirements

• Work schedule: Part‑time Night Shift: 2x12 hour shifts per week, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. | 8 hours of on‑call per 6‑week schedule | 3 weekend shifts per 6‑week schedule
• Education : BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• Experience: Required 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care units, or completion of a critical care fellowship.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start. For Critical Care Units: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support – within 6 months. For Pediatric Units: Pediatric Advanced Life Support – within 6 months. For Infusion Center Units: Obtain chemo card – within 3 months of hire.
• Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi‑state Registered Nurse license.

Registered Nurse (RN) Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of recent inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) experience on a Labor and Delivery Unit.
