Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for PRN night shifts at Holy Cross Germantown Hospital in Germantown, MD. This role offers premium pay and flexible scheduling across regional assignments within the health system.

Qualified candidates have RN licensure, a nursing degree, and 18+ months (2+ in some specialties) of clinical experience, with required certifications such as ACLS/BLS/PALS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18+ months clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, PCU; 2+ years for other specialties.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS/TNCC) and BLS/ACLS/PALS per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital and multiple locations/regions.
• Practice according to standard of care: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Work independently within licensed scope and knowledge.

What you will do

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Pay Range: $57.00 - $67.00. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
