Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a night shift, full-time Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse in Montclair, NJ. The RN will provide care through antepartum and postpartum stages, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Required qualifications include an Associate's degree in Nursing, 1 year of RN hospital experience, and an active NJ RN license. BLS is required within 14 days, with NRP/ACLS to be completed within 6 months of employment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery, is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the antepartum and postpartum phases utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in nursing
• 1 year of experience as an RN in a hospital setting
• Current NJ State Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
