Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ, is seeking a night shift, full-time Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities include delivering patient care through antepartum and postpartum phases, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Requirements: Associate's degree in nursing, NJ RN license, BLS within 14 days, NRP/ACLS within 6 months; 1 year of hospital RN experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have NJ State RN license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• NRP and ACLS to be completed within 6 months of employment.
• 1 year of experience as an RN in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery, is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the antepartum and postpartum phases, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
