Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ is seeking a night shift, part-time Post Partum Registered Nurse. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered postpartum care, coordinating with the medical team, and supporting families through the nursing process.

Applicants must be a graduate of an NLN/AACN-accredited program, hold a New Jersey RN license, and obtain BLS within 14 days of hire. BSN and recent acute care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for…Promoting and restoring patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends and families and supervising assigned team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing/American Association of Colleges for Nursing accredited program
• Current valid New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Recent acute care nursing experience.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
