Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ is seeking a night shift, part-time Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse. You will deliver care across antepartum and postpartum phases using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

The role requires an RN with an NJ license, 1 year of hospital experience, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; NRP/ACLS within 6 months. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery, is responsible for the delivery of patient care through theantepartum and postpartum phases utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation,and evaluation.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in nursing
• 1 year of experience as an RN in a hospital setting
• Current NJ State Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• NRP and ACLS to be completed within 6 months of employment.
