Job summary

MedStar Health Franklin Square Medical Center is seeking experienced RNs for ICU roles in Baltimore, offering full-time and part-time opportunities. This 42-bed unit includes Neuro ICU beds and a mix of medical, surgical, and cardiac cases.

You will deliver skilled, compassionate care and work with a supportive leadership team on flexible schedules. Eligible RNs hold ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL and an active RN license, with BLS required.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to a wide patient population in the ICU.
• Assess evolving patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans; coordinate with nursing team.

Unit Highlights

• 42 Bed Unit including 15 Neurological Critical Care Beds
• Caring for a wide patient population set including but not limited to medical, respiratory, cardiac, renal failure, GI and surgical patients
• Excellent leadership with flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team

This position has a hiring range of : USD $36.50 - USD $60.34 /Hr.
