MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join a 24-bed ICU caring for medical, surgical, and complex coronary patients in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

This Full-Time Nights position includes every 3rd weekend, mentorship from our leadership, and a focus on expanding critical care skills within a collaborative team that provides 24/7 intensivist coverage.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and BLS required.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

This position has a hiring range of : USD $36.50 - USD $60.34 /Hr.
