Job summary

MedStar Harbor Hospital in Baltimore is seeking experienced registered nurses for part-time and full-time night roles in a combined ICU/IMC unit with 23 beds.

Nurses will provide skilled care, assess evolving conditions, and collaborate with the nursing team under an intensivist-led program. Excellent leadership and flexible scheduling support Continuity of Care. This is a great opportunity for nurses seeking higher acuity patient populations and professional growth within MedStar Health.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

About the Job

MedStar Harbor Hospital is seeking experienced RNs to fill part-time and full-time night roles in combined ICU / IMC.

Unit Highlights

Combined ICU/ IMC with 23 beds

Mainly medical patients with some cardiac and invasive monitoring

Dedicated Intensivist on staff making acuity determinations

Excellent level of care and focused on Continuity of Care for nurses.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team
