Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join an ICCU/Medical-Surgical team in Fergus Falls, MN. This role offers competitive pay with shift differentials and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

You will work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include an active RN license, 1+ year experience in Med-Surg/ICU, IV therapy, EMR documentation, CPR/BLS, and strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• 1+ years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, Critical Care, or related nursing specialty.
• Experience with IV therapy, patient education, and EMR documentation.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient-care responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating patient care and responding to emergencies.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 1+ years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, Critical Care, or a related nursing specialty.
• Strong patient assessment and care-planning skills.
• Experience with IV therapy, patient education, and EMR documentation.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple patient-care responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience responding to emergencies and coordinating patient care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.
• Med-Surg certification is a plus.
• New graduates may be considered based on the organization's onboarding and mentorship program.
