How you'll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN), House Supervisor who excels in this role:

  • Provides after-hours leadership, functions as a resource person for staff, assists in patient care, and is responsible for overall quality of patient care in the facility. Reports to the Senior or Chief Nursing Officer or Administrator on Call.

What we're looking for
  • Education: Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
  • Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  • Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
  • Active TennesseeRN license (single-state or compact) required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
