Job summary

Centra Behavioral Health Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is opening a brand-new facility in Lynchburg, VA. We seek an experienced RN House Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and operational support during shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care.

You will lead nursing teams, manage staffing, coach staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards in a dynamic behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required per state regulations.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• At least one year of inpatient behavioral health nursing experience.
• One year of nursing supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.

How You Will Contribute

Centra Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to provide leadership, operational oversight, and clinical support in our new behavioral health hospital. In this role, you'll serve as a key resource for nursing staff, help ensure high-quality patient care, and support hospital operations during your shift.

• At least one year of inpatient behavioral health nursing experience required.

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire and before patient contact.
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire and before orientation completion.
