Job summary

Centra Behavioral Health Hospital, a new 72-bed behavioral health facility opening in 2026, seeks an experienced RN House Supervisor to provide leadership, operational oversight, and clinical support on shift. You will lead nursing teams, coordinate staffing, and ensure safe patient care coverage with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active RN license, an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), and at least two years of nursing experience including behavioral

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN license required per state regulations.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience required.
• At least one year of inpatient behavioral health nursing experience required.
• One year of nursing supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire and before patient contact.
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire and before orientation completion.

How you will contribute
