Job summary

Centra Rehabilitation Hospital in Lynchburg, VA, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an RN for the inpatient rehabilitation team on the night shift. You will provide patient-centered care, coordinate care plans, and educate patients and families throughout discharge planning.

Qualifications include RN licensure, BSN/ADN or Diploma, CPR/BCLS (ACLS preferred) and CRRN preferred. This is a full-time, night-shift opportunity in a brand-new facility offering comprehensive benefits.

• Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care that supports rehabilitation and recovery goals.
• Assess patient needs, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Educate patients and families throughout care journey and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and coordinate care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality assessments.
• Participate in team conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster a safe, respectful environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Centra Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand-new 50 bed inpatient rehabilitation facilitynow open! As a Registered Nurse on our Inpatient Rehabilitation team, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, rebuild confidence, and achieve their highest level of function.

What we're looking for

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN Preferred
