Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a visionary RN Hospice Administrator to lead our Hospice Division. This role offers an opportunity to shape strategy, mentor leaders, and drive growth while delivering compassionate, end‑of‑life care to patients and families.

You will oversee multiple offices, align interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory excellence, and partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission with accountability and empathy.

Qualifications

• RN license held in Michigan.
• Minimum 2 years hospice leadership or management.
• Proven ability to lead multiple offices and teams.

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
