AdvisaCare is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an RN Hospice Clinical Director to lead the Hospice Division with clinical, operational, and strategic vision. This role offers an opportunity to guide multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams while upholding the highest patient-centered, end-of-life care standards.

You will mentor leadership staff, partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare's mission, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
