Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Hospice Administrator in Charlevoix, MI to lead an interdisciplinary care team and oversee home health agency operations. You will ensure efficient, compliant delivery of services, drive growth, and develop business strategies within the community.

The role requires RN or PT licensure, strong leadership, and substantial experience in home health and hospice administration. This salaried position emphasizes compassionate leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Home Health Care Leadership experience with hospice experience and two years of clinical management.
• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and public relations skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical and business functions of a home health agency and its branches, including budget, clinical operations, billing and collections, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, HR, business development and clinical program development.
• Ensure adherence to Medicare Conditions of Participation and federal/state/local regulations; QA/OASIS proficiency.
• Ensure plan of care is followed and executed by professional personnel; liaise among governing body, advisory group and staff.
• Market, negotiate and promote services within the community; maintain a positive professional image.

Requirements

• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
• Proficient with QA/ OASIS requirements within Medicare guidelines to support clinical manager as necessary
• Ensure plan of care is followed and executed by professional personnel as writtenServe as liaison among the governing body, professional advisory group and business staff
• Able to market, negotiate and promote services within the community
• Display a positive and professional image and attitude in all relationships with patients, families, peers and in the community

Qualifications:
