UPMC Home Health in the New Castle area is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with on-call and weekend rotations, offering a balanced schedule and strong patient connections.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners
• Provide patient and family education that promotes independence and recovery
• Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop
